Five years ago when I started this website it was a vanity site where I planned on sharing my interests.

Over the years with the popularity of the Mercharness along with my participation in several on-line forums it has grown to a information sharing website that gets 4000-6000 unique visitors per month.

It is time to evolve.

This website will not longer serve as my personal site but instead the home of my company Modern Combative Systems. You will be introduced to other MCS instructors as well as articles written by them about all things combative.

We will also be adding reviews of new gear and blades from our sponsors and other kit that is sent in for testing and evaluation. This will be posted on the Bag of Evil section.

Look for Video in the new future as well as more giveaways.
